Coneys' Ten Years

Did you know that this September marks ten years since Coneys Custard opened their doors? Ten years! That's a long time to be making creamy frozen custard, gourmet Coneys Dogs, and award-winning burgers. Even at ten years old our quality is still number one.

Coneys has some new flavors up its sleeves, they'll be creating them all year. The newest flavor was Drumstick. Creamy vanilla custard with chocolate sauce and waffle cone pieces. The new flavor was a huge success. Keep your eyes open for even better, creamier new flavors.

Not only does Coneys have "Best Of State" custard, they have amazing burgers. Their burgers have been featured in SLC Magazine. You can stick with your classic, simple one patty burger, or you can go big! Get the double-double cheeseburger on nice, buttery, toasted buns.

The Coneys Dog is well known around the community. They begin with an authentic Nathan's all-beef hot dog. Prepped and grilled to perfection and then placed on a freshly-baked artisan bun. Topped with chili, cheese, tomatoes, onions, tortilla strips and sour cream. We bet you've never eaten a hot dog this delicious.

All in all it's been a good ten years and Coneys looks forward to ten more.

 

 

 

 

Coneys Frozen Custard Wins Taste of the Valley's "Best Kept Secret" Award!

Today Coneys was excited to accept the "Best Kept Secret" award for this year's Taste of the Valley event, hosted by the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce! Thousands of residents throughout Utah county attended Taste of the Valley held on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at the Riverwoods plaza in Provo.

Coneys Wins Best of State 2011

This year Coneys was honored to receive the prestigious "Best of State" 2011 award!

 Last Saturday, June 4th at the Best of State awards gala, co-owner and general manager J. Dale Christensen was there along with other statewide nominees to formally accept the 2011 Best of State award for Coneys Frozen Custard & Gourmet Dogs.

Coneys first opened in Orem, Utah in 2003 and recently opened a second location in American Fork last November. For the past eight years, Coneys has been privileged to delight Utah Valley residents and visitors with a premium frozen custard, fresh food and friendly service in a clean, family environment. We are thrilled to have received this recognition and will continue to serve our customers with the superior products that live up to the "Best of State" name!

Rocky Road. Absolutely. I just finished serving in a political position within the county. While I loved the work and the people I served, the road was continuously rocky from "marshmallow heads" with their own agenda or "nuts" who attempt to destroy others for their own political gain. There are those who "smooth" things over like the smooth chocolate in Rocky Road frozen custard. So, for me, Rocky Road it is.

Mint chip... Mint chip left on my lip. Drips of mint chip, my mind is taking a trip with each lick. Mint chip is hip, always having me leave a tip. Sip, snip that delicious mint chip rouses me from my serene kip. Mint chip equips me with a skip and strips me of strife. Thus mint chip established my reason for this quip.
